As for the turbocharger, oil does not leak the center housing inside outside by keeping minus number pressure. 4.Turbocharger rotating section binding or

Foreign object or material in compressor intet ducting,check intake system.
In case the foreign object damage in turbine or compressor wheel,rotor reaches by imbalance in a shaft occasion with bearing metal contacts when it continues running.
Check before turbocharger installation
Jammed oil drain pipe of the turbo, an inlet pipe, the carbon of the union bolt and am stained and am destroyed, and the confirmation oil pipe of the alien substance does a pipe and a union bolt to a set at the attachment, and change it by all means.
Check of Air cleaner, Objects( Bolt, Nut, Cloth ) in Intake pipe and Exhaust pipe.
Check when turbocharger install
Use a new gasket for a turbo oil inlet / outlet part, and do not use liquid gasket.
Confirmation after install to the engine
Since sludge may flow into a turbo, do not perform engine Flushing after turbo exchange, and cleaning.
C2.None Lock-nut of Compressor Wheel
The case which is up with A, do lubrication system check in particular.
Remove the Lock-nut from inside of air cleaner or intake pipe. ( In case the turbocharger was failed by same cause, warranty claim is not accepted )

Foreign object damage to impeller. Please confirm whether a impeller lock nut sticks by all means. When there is not it, It is left in an air cleaner or the intake pipe and turbo failure again. It does not become the object of the claim.

There is little possibility of the fault of a turbo.
The simple check method
(1)If the lubrication cap of oil, a level gauge, and a blowbye hose are removed, white smoke will disappear.
(2)At the time of idol operation, where a lubrication mouth is removed, the open air is not inhaled from a lubrication mouth. (It turns out that smoke is brought close to an oil supply mouth)

(1) Or when there is condition of (2), there is the possibility that piston blowbye is high. If engine is normal condition, since engine is made to inhale a piston blowbye compulsorily using minus pressure of intake mani, a crank case is always in a minus pressure state, It is to also maintains minus pressure in turbo, and oil does not blow off from a turbo.

The cause considered
(1)Wear of a piston ring, a cylinder, and a valve guide
Since combustion gas leaks excessively, a piston blowbye cannot be inhaled.
Be careful of the car with much mileage.
(2)Blowbye hose and PCV valve are plugged.
A partially closed PCV allows manifold boost to pressurize the crankcase related oil leakage.
